Refund Policy

We aim to deliver every service with care and accuracy. If you are not satisfied, our refund policy is as follows:

Professional fees: Refundable if work has not commenced or if the rejection is solely due to a service deficiency on our part. Once application drafting or filing has begun, fees are non-refundable.

Government fees: Government fees paid to portals (MCA, IPO, GSTN etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Cancellation: You may cancel a service before drafting begins by writing to info@msmefilings.com. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
